Pilates

Saturday 29th July at 10.15 a.m. to 11.15 a.m.

Sunday 30th July at 11.15 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.

Teresa Cox will lead a Pilates style class of stretching suitable for beginners or experienced pilates enthusiasts.

This relaxing class could be just what you need after a full on Speyfest evening or provide the motivation for the day ahead.

Please bring your own mat if you have one.
