Speyfest 2010

At the end of July the Playing Fields on East Street in the Moray town of Fochabers will be home to the 15th annual Speyfest weekend, 4 days and nights of the best in traditional and contemporary celtic music. Once again this year's festival is a mix of seated concerts and standing gigs, five hours of music at the Festival Night on Saturday 31st July, the music marathon that is the Survivors Ceilidh, a Craft Fair and the Festival Club. The line-up features the biggest names from the world of Scottish music alongside international acts from the USA and Canada. All the events are "undercover" and the festival site is fully licensed offering a wide range of refreshments in the Beer Tent as well as hot food from a number of on-site concessions. Read on for full details of this year's Programme.
